To inform and educate the citizens of Florida on alternatives to the current system of federal taxation based on the following principles: fairness, simplicity, transparency, pro-economic growth, and revenue neutrality.

The work of the Florida Fair Tax Educational Assn. (FFTEA) is entirely supported by dues and donations from our members. We have no other source of funding. We encourage you to assist in the effort by joining and financially supporting our efforts as a Member or Sponsor.

The FairTax plan is a comprehensive proposal that replaces all federal income and payroll based taxes with an integrated approach including a progressive national retail sales tax, a prebate to ensure no American pays federal taxes on spending up to the poverty level, dollar-for-dollar federal revenue replacement, and, through companion legislation, the repeal of the 16th Amendment.
